AgileWrap Releases
With each subsequent release of AgileWrap, we bring you more features, more visibility and more control over your development process. Each release is created by our engineers using our own agile methodologies, and you can count on each version to be robust and defect-free. As a software-as-a-service, you can take advantage of new releases and updates immediately, without any installation required on your part.
AgileWrap 2.8 - Agile Wrap 2.8, released on March 6, 2011, delivers enhanced alert messages that display on personal Dashboard, and many defect fixes.
AgileWrap 2.7 - Agile Wrap 2.7, released on January 10, 2011, brings restful web services API for AgileWrap. Besides, grids usability is improved through out the product, and Taskboard is enhanced. User story tracking is now better supported with sorting, filtering, in-line editing and context sensitive links.
AgileWrap 2.6 - In Release 2.6, we've focused both on usability and the visual interface making it the most powerful version of AgileWrap to date. We've redesigned the menu framework to make it more intuitive, refined our Taskboard, and made it easier to manage your user stories, tasks, defects, and iterations with improved visuals, inline editing, context sensitive menus and more powerful pop up screens that allow you to capture more information, add comments and view multiple uploaded files.
AgileWrap 2.5 - In addition to addressing some minor known defects, we've refined the Import Utility in AgileWrap 2.5, letting you import data from other systems in AgileWrap. This includes the convenience of downloading templates to create source files. We've also taken steps to make AgileWrap more user-friendly,
with the addition of context-specific help built directly into AgileWrap pages. Just click the "Help" icon from any page. It is now also possible to personalize AgileWrap templates and to save your settings. For example, you can change the keywords "User Story" or "Iteration" to adapt your own specific terminology.
AgileWrap 2.4 - In AgileWrap 2.4 we've added features to make the toolset even more powerful, including a search feature added to the Quick Links menu, which lets you perform searches on all agile artifacts within a project. We've also enhanced the Change History for many agile items, giving users much more visibility into changes made to agile artifacts. We've also made several usability improvements to the Project page, making it much more streamlined and easy to navigate.
AgileWrap 2.3 - Major new features and enhanced security are the hallmarks of AgileWrap 2.3, with the addition of a new Virtual Taskboard for an easy view of all tasks and iterations. The Taskboard is based on task cards which can be dragged and dropped, and filters can be applied for a precise view for both users and project managers. Security is enhanced in AgileWrap 2.3 with role-based authorization, and other new features include the ability to track the change history for a specific user story, task, defect, iteration, and release.
AgileWrap 2.2 – We've offered an improved user story tracking feature to AgileWrap 2.2, along with an enhanced user experience and several new usability features. Tracking of use cases now includes new metrics and roll-up of status, and drill-through on new metrics.
AgileWrap 2.1 – AgileWrap 2.1 offers several improvements over the previous version, all designed to make visibility, planning and tracking easier to manage and understand. Improvements include "blocked" status being captured separately for cases, tasks, and defects; and an enhanced release status that automatically changes status between "Planned", "In Progress", and "Released".
AgileWrap 2.0 – Building on release 1.4, this version improves visibility dramatically, and adds superior analytics and reporting features with intuitive graphs and data. Enhanced reports in AgileWrap 2.0 include a velocity graph and burn-down graph, along with member and manager dashboards, and the ability to audit project records. Team collaboration has been enhanced with easy tools for file upload, and a time zone tool for distributed teams. In addition, the cloud-based datamart gives you near-real-time reporting, and analytics designed to give you instant access to the most important key facts.
