FAQ for WRAP Users

How can I take advantage of the "Five Users Free" signup?
Our free account is a great way to take WRAP for a test-drive. You get a fully-functioning five-user account, with unrestricted access to all features, which you can use indefinitely at no cost whatsoever. With it, you can create an unlimited number of projects. Should you add more than five users at any time, you will then be billed only for each additional user on a monthly basis. Payments are made for a full month for each new users, with no refunds for partial unused months.

 

Do I need a long-term contract?
There is never a long-term contract required. WRAP is offered as a pay-as-you-go service to give you the greatest flexibility possible. You can pay on a monthly basis, or pay for a year's service for an additional 20 percent discount. Additions and cancellations are easy! If you cancel a monthly user, you'll only be billed for the current month; when you cancel an annual subscription user, there is no additional billing, but no refund for however many months remain in the year of cancellation. But, if you wish to cancel a user and transfer that subscription to a new person, you can do that as well at no additional cost. Requests should be made to: sales@woodranchtech.com.

 

Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Our world-class data center has rigorous physical security 24x7 with biometric controls; and the network is guarded by strong SSL encryption and best-of-class firewalls to make sure your data is safe and secure at all times. All systems and data are backed up to multiple locations, and our infrastructure is highly scalable and redundant, with failover capabilities to ensure continuous access.

 

Is WRAP compatible with my web browser and operating system?
WRAP works with most web browsers, including Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Mozilla Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4.x, and Chrome 4. WRAP works with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, Mac OSX (Safari and Firefox only), Linux, and Unix (Firefox only).
